Mr. Sargeant has served as our President, Chairman and Governor since our inception. Mr. Sargeant is also currently the Chancellor Emeritus and Director of International Programs and a Professor at the University of Minnesota, Crookston. Mr. Sargeant also serves on the board of directors of the Crookston Development Authority, American Federal Bank, Glenmore Foundation, and Phoenix Industries. Mr. Sargeant has Bachelors of Science and Masters of Education degrees from the University of Illinois, and a PhD in Agricultural Education from Pennsylvania State University.
